Where are you mentioning or linking to your support forums or documentation?

For example, if you open the Plugin Manager and look through the plugins you can expand the description and see a link to Get Support. But once the plugin is installed the Get Support link is missing.

Should a link be one of the menu options or are you putting a link in your plugin UI dialog?

I have both (depending on the type of plugin – Lorem Ipsum has it in the menu and Text Toolbox as a button in the UI as well as a menu item) and never had any problems from review for any of them :wink:

Can you show me an example where the get support link is no longer visible? I just checked my version of XD, and I can see it for plugins, regardless of the installation status.

OK it looks like plug ins that are in development do not show a Get Support link.
